Building a home can be stressful and frustrating however we ease these stresses through regular meetings and providing necessary information to aid customers in making the decisions that are best for them and their family.
Throughout the building of their home, there are several meetings on site to assist in giving a visual guideline to their dream home. Even after their home is built and closing date has come and gone, we encourage our customers to contact us directly should they have any questions or concerns. We will go above and beyond the warranty coverage and take care of any issues as quickly as possible. It is important to us that our customers love their home as much, and hopefully more, than we enjoyed building it.

CW Homes is committed to providing quality custom homes by ensuring our staff are fully trained and have access to up-to-date information, such as codes, specifications, and changes to the plan that are required to complete the project to the highest quality. All jobs are inspected by our Foreman, Blair DeGeer once completed. CW Homes only works with local licensed tradespeople who continuously meet or exceed our expectations. We do not hire tradespeople or purchase product solely based on a lowest cost estimate.
